Five workshops at the bar counter of La Machine, from beers to rare spirits, from eight participants. The most requested: two hours, three cocktails explained, made by your guests, then tasted.
Cocktail Discovery: two hours, three cocktails. Signature: the Discovery programme, plus three spirits tasted and discussed, and a cocktail created for your group, which keeps its name on the bar menu. Beer Tasting: an hour and a half, five Belgian and Brussels beers. Themed Spirits: four bottles around whisky, rum, gin or tequila-mezcal. Prestige: four rare bottles.
In Le Boudoir, sixteen participants at most — there is only one bar station. On the ground floor: fifty for cocktails, thirty for beers, twenty-four for spirits.
Per person. Included: host, glassware, ingredients, guidance and recipe cards to take home.

On a private hire, it is added on top of the minimum spend, which applies to drinks: it doesn’t count towards it. Le Boudoir is available for private hire from €430 excl. VAT.
On a workshop — the ground floor by day, €420 for a half day, €700 for a full day — it closes the day from 5 pm.

Cocktail Discovery costs €52 excl. VAT per person for 8 to 16, €48 for 17 to 30 and €44 for 31 to 50. The Signature, €66, €62 and €58.
