Two hours at the bar of La Machine, on Place Saint-Géry: everyone makes their three cocktails, tastes them on the spot and leaves with the recipe cards to make them again at home. From eight guests, with nothing to hire — for a birthday, a hen or stag party, or as a gift.
Held at La Machine’s bar, the masterclasses are booked on their own or on top of a party. Cocktail Discovery: two hours, three cocktails made and tasted. Signature: the Discovery, plus three spirits tasted and a cocktail created for your group, which keeps its name on the bar menu. Beer Tasting: an hour and a half, five Belgian and Brussels beers. Themed Spirits: four bottles around whisky, rum, gin or tequila-mezcal. Prestige: four rare bottles.
On its own, the masterclass is an occasion in itself: from eight guests, with no minimum spend, you only pay for the workshop. A birthday present that doesn’t end up in a cupboard, and the activity that works best for a hen or stag party, where the Open Bar is not offered.
In Le Boudoir, sixteen guests at most: there is only one bar station. On the ground floor: fifty for cocktails, thirty for beers, twenty-four for spirits.

Allow two hours before the party really starts. On a private hire, the masterclass is added on top of the minimum spend, which applies to drinks: it doesn’t count towards it. Le Boudoir is available for private hire from €480.
In the evening, the Open Bar is available from Sunday to Thursday; it is not offered for a hen or stag party.
Prices include VAT. The estimate is indicative: the named quote is what counts.
