The cocktails of La Machine, Place Saint-Géry
La Machine is a steampunk cocktail bar on Place Saint-Géry, in the heart of Brussels, open since 2016. At the bar, our bartenders serve 36 cocktails from €12.50 to €16.50, spritzes from €9.80 and mocktails from €9.20.
The Signatures are the team’s own creations: most carry the first name of the bartender who created them, and some come with a pairing suggested by an artisan at the Saint-Géry market next door. The cocktails are listed with their ingredients and their price, VAT included.
The bar is open every day; on Friday and Saturday, service runs until 4 am. With a group, you can book a table in the bar from eight guests. Want to learn to make them? The masterclass takes place at the same bar.

Learn to make them
The masterclass takes place at the bar, from eight guests: two hours, three cocktails explained, made by each guest and then tasted, and the recipe cards to make them again at home.
Coming as a group
A table in the bar can be booked from eight guests, for tonight or for the days ahead. For a party, the lounges are available for private hire.
