Cocktails, Belgian beers and spirits
At the bar, our bartenders serve 36 cocktails, including their own Signatures, and mocktails. For beer lovers, 5 Belgian beers on draught and 34 bottled beers, including Trappist beers from Westmalle, Orval, Rochefort and Chimay, gueuze from Cantillon and Boon, Brussels beers from Brasserie de la Senne and Brussels Beer Project. Spirits lovers have the Tasting Notebook: rare bottles poured in 2 cl or 4 cl. The cocktails are listed with their ingredients, the beers with their brewery, and every price is online, VAT included. The bar is open every day, until 4 am on Friday and Saturday. Since summer 2026, dishes from the Marché Saint-Géry, just across the square, can also be eaten at La Machine, at the bar or on the terrace.
